Everidae Alfredo Sauce

Need a quick and simple Alfredo that is anything but the norm? Try this quick Everidae combination to make the average, exceptional.


2 tsp Favorite Everidae Sauce

1/2 C Butter or Margerine

12oz Whipped Cream Cheese

1 tsp Garlic Powder or 1 tsp Minced

2 C Milk (skim works)

3/4 C Parmesan cheese

1 stp Chicken Base or 1 Bouillon Cube

1 tsp Dry Parsley

1 tsp Dry Chives

Ground Black Pepper (try Smokehouse Black Pepper for an excellent twist)

Fresh or Dried Basil Garnish


In a sauce pot, melt Butter or Margarine. Over low heat, carefully whisk in Cream Cheese, slowly adding Milk until fully combined. Add Garlic, Chicken Base and Everidae Sauce. Cook stirring 1 minute. Add Parmesan Cheese, Parsley, Chives and Black Pepper. Cook 1 minute on medium heat. Reduce to simmer to thicken if necessary. Serve over cooked, hot, unrinsed pasta. Leave thick if used as pizza sauce or thin with more milk if necessary. Basil Garnish Optional.
