These spicy treats will simply disappear a quickly as you make them. Enjoy them while they last!
Serves: Estimate 3/4 pound of chicken per person
1 Lb. Boneless chicken breasts, cubed
3/4 C Buttermilk
2 Tbsp Favorite Everidae
2 Tbsp Salted Butter
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1/4 C Franks Red Hot Sauce
1/2 C Flour
1 C Panko bread crumbs
Cracked Black Pepper
Soak cubed chicken in buttermilk 1 hour. While soaking, place Everidae, butter, and Franks in a sauce pan. Heat until butter melts. Place flour, Panko, and black pepper in a zip bag or sealable container. Mix well. Drain the chicken and dredge in breading to fully coat. Add vegetable oil to a skillet and heat. Carefully place small batches of chicken in skillet. Do not overcrowd. Drain on paper towels. When all chicken is cooked, place in a large bowl. Pour warm sauce over bites and toss to coat.
Serve as is with sides of Ranch, Bleu Cheese Dressing, or Everidae Sauce!
