Everidae Kale & Artichoke Dip

1 Bread bowl of your choice (French bread tubes work great)

1 Kale leaf stemmed and chopped

1 15oz Can Artichoke hearts chopped

1 8oz Block Cream Cheese softened

1.5 C White Cheddar cheese shredded

0.5 C Parmesan Cheese shredded

2 Cloves garlic minced

2oz (1/4 C) Your favorite Everidae Sauce

Salt & Pepper to taste


Process: Preheat oven 350F. Blanch Kale in boiling water. Remove and pat dry. Mix all ingredients with Kale. Pour into baking dish or bread bowl and bake 15-20 minutes. Devour!
