Everidae Pizza Sauce

If you like a sweeter sauce on your home-made pizza or bread sticks and can’t live without your spicy bite, next time, try this simple but tasty Everidae Pizza Sauce Recipe.

Time: ~25 min

Serves: Makes enough sauce for 2 Large Pizzas


1 29oz can of All Natural Tomato Puree

1/2 small can Tomato Paste (~2 Tbsp)

2 Tbsp Favorite Everidae Sauce

1 Roma tomato diced & seeded

1/4 C Pineapple fine diced

1/4 C Sweet Onion diced

1 Clove Fresh Garlic sliced thin

1 Tbsp Dry Oregano

2 tsp Dry Thyme

1 tsp Dry Basil

1 tsp Dry Parsley

2 Whole Bay Leaves

1 Tbsp olive Oil

Sea Salt

Ground Black Pepper


In a sauce pot heat Olive Oil and add Onion. Sautee until translucent. Add Tomato Puree, Paste, Pineapple, Roma, Garlic and Bay. Stir together continuously over medium heat until bubbling. Reduce heat to low and cook 5-7 minutes stirring occasionally. Add remaining dry spices and reduce to simmer 2 min. Salt & Pepper to taste. Add 1 Tbsp Grated Parmesan for an added twist!
