This sweet and spicy pork chop recipe is great for using up those family packs of center cut pork loin you keep finding on sale!
4-8oz center cut pork loin
1/2 C. chunked White Onion
1/2 Tbsp Favorite Everidae Sauce
1 Tbsp Cilantro Butter
1 Tbsp Bleu Cheese Crumbles
1 tsp. Brown Sugar
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Process: Mix EveridaeSauce with brown sugar & Worcestershire. Rub sauce over pork (refrigerate up to 24hrs.) Heat dry cast iron skillet to medium hot. Add cilantro butter and onions. Stir once then let onions caramelize. Stir to unstick when brown. Add pork to center of skillet. Sear both sides of pork steak moving steak onto onions if burning. At ~145F remove steak from skillet. Smother in onions and any juice. Top with bleu cheese. Awww buddy!
